kkbdt Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the kkbdt platform and its users. By using the kkbdt website (https://kkbdt.cam), creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

In this document, the words "kkbdt", "we", and "our" refer to the organisation operating the platform. The words "user", "you", and "member" refer to any person registered with or using kkbdt.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using any kkbdt services.

2 Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use services on the kkbdt platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a country where online gaming is legal.
• Each person may open only one account.
• All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• You must use your own payment method — the use of third-party accounts is prohibited.

Identity Verification

kkbdt reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-recognised identification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Management

Keeping Login Details Secure

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Never share your login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. kkbdt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use by a third party.

Multiple Account Prohibition

A person may not operate more than one account. If multiple accounts are identified, kkbdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel any bonuses.

Updating Account Information

Any changes to your personal details (address, phone number, payment method) must be reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

The currently accepted payment methods at kkbdt are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. If verification is required, this may be delayed.

• The withdrawal amount depends on the deposit amount and fulfilment of betting requirements.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made through the same payment method.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• kkbdt reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

• After claiming the bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be fulfilled.
• The first deposit must be a minimum of ৳100.
• The bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without placing bets first.

VIP Program and Cashback

kkbdt offers three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on regular activity.

General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Each promotional offer has its own specific terms and conditions.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• kkbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• A bonus earned from one promotion may not be combined with another promotion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

General Gaming Terms

kkbdt offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports), live casino, slots, and other games. Each game's own rules apply.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical error, kkbdt reserves the right to void the relevant bet.
• kkbdt's decision regarding game outcomes is final.
• If suspicious betting activity is detected, the relevant bet may be subject to investigation.

Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket events. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the specific rules applicable to that situation will apply.

Responsible Gaming

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkbdt platform:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulently collecting or abusing bonuses.

• Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.
• Creating an account with false information or concealing your identity.
• Betting on behalf of minors or helping them access the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kkbdt website and platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of kkbdt.

Except for personal and non-commercial use, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any part of this material without prior written permission from kkbdt is prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

kkbdt strives to ensure the safest and most reliable service possible. However, kkbdt's liability is limited in the following situations:

• If the service is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues or third-party software faults.
• If any loss occurs due to problems with the user's own device or network.
• If there is a temporary service interruption due to an unexpected technical failure.
• In cases of loss resulting from misuse of the user's login credentials.

kkbdt reserves the right to close any account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Use of a false identity or information.
• Operating multiple accounts.

12 Changes to Terms
